Kepada Lulusan Tahun 2020<\/strong>
\nKami informasikan bahwa Form Daftar Pengambil Ijazah dan Dokumen Penyerta Jurusan Gizi Polkesmar ditujukan bagi alumni\/lulusan 2020 yang bermaksud mengambil dokumen penting berupa :
\n– Ijazah Asli
\n– Traskrip Asli
\n– Sertifikat Kompetensi
\n– SKPI
\n– dll (dokumen terkait)<\/p>\n

Ketentuan Pengambilan Ijazah dan Dokumen Penyerta terdiri :
\n1. Pengambilan Ijazah dimulai hari Jumat, 22 Januari 2021.
\n3. Jadwal pengambilan hari Senin s.d. Jumat Pukul 10.00 – 12.00 (PAGI); 13.00 – 14.00 (SIANG).
\n4. Pendaftar yang telah memenuhi persyaratan, disilahkan untuk mendaftar melalui Googleform.

\nb. Buku Bimbingan Skripsi (Hardfile hanya untuk STD)
\n2. ADMINISTRASI KEMAHASISWAAN
\n– Buku Bimbingan Konseling minimal 4x\/semester (hardfile )
\n3. PERPUSTAKAAN
\n– Laporan Tugas Akhir (Soft dan hard copy)
\n– Bebas pinjamaan buku
\n– Unggah repository<\/p>\n
